Finalmente el Presidente de la Federación de Cooperativas Pesqueras del estado, Edgar Alonso Aguilar Castillo, dijo que se buscará en corto plazo titulo de “denominación de origen” del Abulón para Baja California y Baja California Sur, lo que permitirá una mayor consolidación de la comercialización de la especie.
